E-commerce has commenced with the modernization of business strategies and young people's involvement in the business industry. However, while senior marketers are retiring and shutting their businesses down, young entrepreneurs fail in managing their business in the long run. Hence, the researchers aimed to understand the challenges and opportunities of young online entrepreneurs in Naic, Cavite. The study utilized the descriptive research design as well as the purposive sampling method in selecting the 70 young online entrepreneurs in Naic, Cavite. The study revealed the youngest online entrepreneurs faced personal challenges in handling stress and self-doubt, social challenges and dealing with fierce competition, technological challenges in network accessibility, and financial challenges in dealing with irregularities in their income. On the other hand , the study further revealed that young online entrepreneur in Naic, Cavite mostly has the personal opportunity in innovating ideas through the use of online platform, social opportunity with the wide range of respective customers that the online platforms offer, and technological opportunities in e-commerce automation, and financial opportunities with the lesser capital and operational in e-commerce. Hence the researchers recommend that young online entrepreneurs should focus on their strengths, innovate their products, invest in higher network bandwidth, and create a realistic budget to overcome their personal, social, technological, and financial challenges.
