<a href="BLANCAFLOR, CARIZA and RIVERA, JOHN PATRIC. Development of Online Management Information System of Famous Care Clinic. Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University- Rosario, Cavite. March 2013. Adviser Mrs. Raiza D. Borreo<br/><br/>The study was conducted to help Famous Care Clinic in their traditional storing and organizing of medical records of their patients by developing an Online Management Information System of the clinic. The system can serve as an effective information system for both administrator and clients of the clinic.<br/><br/>The dashboard serves as better storage for medical records since it is accurate and effort free browsing for records and an informative website for its patients. The website can be able to display the medical records of a specific patient securely. Clinic's announcements, promos, services and doctor's schedules are also presented in the website. Also problem in promoting the clinic in the internet is already resolved through the use of the website.<br/><br/>Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was used as method by the group which includes planning, system analysis, system design and lastly, the maintenance and support phase.<br/><br/>In creating the website, the developers Dreamweaver because with its support for a great number of scripting languages (PHP, ASP, CSS and more), Dreamweaver is the most powerful, most fully featured web developer tool. Windows 8, Windows 7 & Windows XP are the operating systems that were used to test the functionality of the website. XAMPP comes with Apache Web Server. MySQL Database, PHP and Perl Programming Languages. Together with these there is an SMTP and FTP server included as well.
