Automatic Digital Rewinding Machine for Transformer and Stator Coil Windings. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Cavite State University-Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus, Rosario, Cavite. March 2019. Adviser: Engr. Ariesthotle D. Arive. Technical critic: John Michael M. Dharma. The study was conducted from August 2018 to March 2019. The project aimed to develop an Automatic Digital Rewinding Machines Transformer and Stator Coil Windings for the benefits of current und future students of Cavite State University CCAT Campus taking BSEE and BSIT. Specifically, it aims to; 1. Design and fabricate an automatic rewinding machine in a single prototype for the stator of motors. 2. Design a capacitive LCD touch screen display using raspberry pi.3. Test and evaluate the technical performance of the automatic rewinding machine. The design project used micro controller with Raspberry Pi. Primarily it composed of two stepper motor the one is linear actuator, which will rewind the magnetic wire. With the help of graphical user interface using a capacitive LCD touchscreen display. The design project was able to improve the process of rewinding, from manual rewinding where counting in every turn is necessary thus consuming so much time and effort The machine evaluation yielded an excellent rating from evaluators with the overall grade of 4.55. The researchers where primarily recommended to have a wide range of wire gauges that the machine can rewind for more flexibility.Item type | Current location | Collection | Shelving location | Call number | Copy number | Status | Date due | Barcode |
