The project study was conducted at Cavite State University-Rosario, Rosario Campus at the Automotive Technology Building from October 2015 to March 2017. Specifically the study aimed to: 1.) design a In-line fuel Injection pump trainer;2.) construct In-line fuel Injection pump trainer; 3.) evaluate the performance of the injection pump (In-line) type in terms of : a.) fuel delivery of the injection pump b.) volume of fuel delivered by the injector c.) perform 5 different activities as prescribed in the learning elements using the trainer. 4.) conduct cost analysis of the project;. This project study was conducted to produce a new technological learning method that would help students to learn the principle of engine parts, the electrical and mechanical parts of the engine system. The in-line fuel injection pump trainer was constructed to serve as a teaching, demonstrating, instructional and trainer purposes; specifically it was design for BSIT and AT student of Cavite State University Rosario Campus. The said study can help the student to know and how to operate each parts of the injection pump. This study will focus on the development of In-line injection pump trainer and only be used for demonstration teaching. It cannot be used in industrial and commercial purposes. The overall performance of the in- line fuel injection pump (trainer) was tested as to its functionality.
