Centralized Pneumatic Controlled Device. A Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Cavite State University CCAT Campus, Rosario, Cavite.2017. Dr.Lauro B.Pascua. Technical critic: Mr. Jonard A. Almuestro. The study was conducted from March 2017 to May 2018 to develop and evaluate the centralized pneumatic controlled device. Specifically the study aimed to; 1) design a centralized pneumatic controlled device. 2) construct a project that will be a source of compressed air in the welding and fabrication building, that can be used by the teachers, students and by the technical workers in their job. 3) evaluate the functionality of the design project in accordance to the maximum and minimum air pressure distribution per station, the Performance of the Centralized Pneumatic Controlled Device using the following tools; Pneumatic screw driver, Air Gun and Spray Gun. Also the pressure output per period of time using different tools. 4) conduct cost analysis of the project. Centralized pneumatic controlled device was conducted to provide a well regulated and filtered compressed air in the welding and fabrication building that is safe to use in pneumatic tools, the air hoses in every station of the centralized pneumatic controlled device has a length of approximately 10 meters that can be connected in different pneumatic tools using quick coupler. The two (2) air tanks serves as the secondary container of the compress air from the air compressor. The air compressor can store air in its tank at about 800 to 900 psi, while the secondary tank which has two air tanks can store at about 100 to 120 psi. The working pressure that will flow into the pipe line will depend on the air pressure that was stored in the air tanks, when the air tanks has 100 psi the working pressure is 80 psi. The centralized pneumatic controlled device can last 20 minutes while the air compressor is not working or shutdown. The total cost of the project was PHP. 30,827.00.

The centralized pneumatic controlled device can last 20 minutes while the air compressor is not working or shutdown. The total cost of the project was PHP. 30,827.00.
