Mobile Type Multi-Operation Equipment for Pipe Works. Undergraduate Design Project., Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Cavite State University-CCAT Campus, Rosario, Cavite. March 2018.Adviser: Mr. Jurick P. Paulino. Technical critic: Deo Paulo M. Bicua. This study entitled Mobile Type Multi-Operation Equipment for Pipe Works was develop to answer the following questions: (1) how does the Mobile Type Multi-Operation Equipment for Pipe provide ease of work for instructor and students Specially, this study aimed to:(1) design a Mobile Type Multi-Operation Equipment for Pipe;(2) construct a Mobile Type Multi-Operation Equipment for Pipe with available materials; (3) evaluate the performance and operation of device in terms of cutting, threading, reaming of /% inch, 3/4 inch, and 1 inch pipe in traditional and in the prototype and the quality and; (4) conduct a cost analysis for the Mobile Type Multi-Operation Equipment for Pipe This study was conducted at Cavite State University CCAT Campus from August 2017 to April 2018. The methods used in the prototype was fabricating the table and frame, placing the control switch, testing the motor, and testing prototype. The finding of the study based on the result of the evaluation was accurate as to its functionality, safety, good quality and durability. The quality of the prototype in cutting, threading, and reaming the rmc pipe and galvanized iron pipe had a mean of good. The Mobile Type Multi-Operation Equipment for Pipe was faster than the traditional in terms of cutting, threading, and reaming and the total cost of the complete project was PHP 40,039.00.
