The study was conducted from March 2016 to May 2018 at Cavite State University CCAT Campus in Stationary Marine Technology Building to develop and evaluate the Head Shear Machine. Specifically, the study aimed to 1.) design the swivel head shear machine. 2.) construct the swivel head shear machine. 3.) evaluate the performance of the prototype in terms of cutting the sheet metal in different size and. 5.) conduct a cost analysis for the of development of head shear machine. The prototype was constructed with swivel head shear it is a portable equipment that cuts sheet metal and straight cut of accuracy. Sheet metal is the piece of object that cuts the swivel head shear cutting tool. Table was also constructed to organize the things when cutting the sheet metal. Transformer was used to convert the system of electricity of a portable tool. The total material cost was about PHP 20,810.00 while the labor cost reached PHP 800.00 and the transportation cost was about PHP 1,000.00 with the total initial cost was computed as PHP 22,610.00
