Development of Domestic Refrigerator Trainer. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Cavite State University-Rosario Campus, Rosario Cavite, April 2016. Adviser: Mr. Lauro B. Pascua. Technical critic: Mr. Danilo G. Santiago. The main purpose of the study was to develop a Domestic Refrigerator Trainer for technology student. Specifically, this study aimed to do the following: (1) design a complete set of Domestic Refrigerator Trainer, construct the Domestic Refrigerator Trainer with the complete components and other accessories (2) evaluate the functionality, accuracy and effectiveness of the project. This was conducted at Cavite State University-Rosario from October 2015 to November 2016. Stationary Marine Technology student, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning student and instructors was the beneficiaries of the developed prototype; The process used in constructing the device were proper attachment of parts in its respective places, bench work including welding, grinding and drilling. The collected data were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted. Conclusion from the expert was solicited. The temperature of the trainer depends on the setting of the thermostat. The higher the setting of the thermostat, the lower is the temperature. The trainer can perform the 5 activities in refrigeration such as charging, evacuation, leak test, wiring and troubleshooting.

ABSTRACT

ARBONIDA, LIONELL T., CESA , MARK ALFRED A., and SIGNO, JERVEE G.

Stationary Marine Technology student, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning student and instructors was the beneficiaries of the developed prototype;

The process used in constructing the device were proper attachment of parts in its respective places, bench work including welding, grinding and drilling.
