The convenience of online shopping had made it a major decision among consumers, specifically senior citizens because, COVID-19 infection is more common in older adults, and it is caused by a faulty immune response to infectious stimuli. In business world, online shopping had become increasing popular, hence the researchers aim to understand online shopping behavior of senior citizens on purchasing online products in selected municipalities of Cavite amidst pandemics. Thus the different challenges encountered by senior citizens in online shopping. Descriptive design was used to describe the socio-demographic profiles of the respondents. This research design help to analyzed, organized and interpreted the data in a comprehensible way. The study revealed the most of senior citizens are female baby boomers and most of them are widowed with 4 to 6 members in household size. The study revealed that the most of senior citizens behavior in online shopping. They buy items online that are worth the quality, they want the product to be delivered by the time promised, they like exclusive offers such as discounts and free deliveries, they like seeing reviews of the products shown on the website if it's accurate to the description provided by seller. Hence the researchers recommend that they can offer flexible shipping options, for faster and more convenient delivery for customers. Give incentive to make the customers feel like they are getting the best deal, exclusive discounts can be of great help in converting bargain hunters. Regularly, provide excellent customer service to receive positive reviews to help customers feel more confident in their purchasing decisions.
