The objective of this study was to determine and identify barriers to the work-life balance of freelance workers during the pandemic. The researchers used convenience sampling in selected 40 respondents who answered the online survey questionnaire through google form to collect the data. Researchers used frequency, percentage, and mean to analyze the gathered data. Findings from this study revealed that freelance workers agreed in terms of work interference with personal life, undecided in terms of life interference with work, and highly agree in terms of satisfaction with work-life balance. Moreover, the barriers to work-life balance to freelance workers are the following: thinking about work while at home and about home while you are at work, giving people 24/7 access to you, reacting to everything immediately, stress levels, being a perfectionist, lack of resources and unhelpful attitudes. This study was limited to the 40 freelance workers in selected areas of Cavite and only limited to work-life balance. The researchers strategies recommend strategies for work-life balance among freelance workers during a pandemic.
