Experiences of the persons with disability entrepreneur in terms of operating, managing, marketing, and dealing with the protocols. Hence the researchers aimed to understand the entrepreneurial experiences of person with disability in Rosario, Cavite. The study used mixed research design using the descriptive- phenomenological study approach through thematic analysis, of 15 people with disability entrepreneurs in Rosario, Cavite. The in-depth interview was used through tele-interviews or online conference, wherein it was conducted via video calls. It revealed that, the epidemic had an impact on their way of life, making it more difficult for them to promote their products, obtain raw materials, attract buyers, and design strategies to assure their businesses' survival. People must stay at home because to the epidemic unless they have essential responsibilities elsewhere. As a result, people are becoming increasingly reliant on their smartphones. This program or event can be carried out by the proponents via an online selling method. At this event, the chosen disabled entrepreneurs or participants will have the opportunity to endorse or advertise their products to the students. Because our university is still using virtual classrooms, this event or program is appropriate. PWD entrepreneurs may also seek aid from the Local Government Unit (LGU) through the Municipal Social Welfare Department Office (MSWDO), which can provide financial assistance, medical assistance, and a livelihood program. Hence, the researchers recommend that people with disability entrepreneurs the assistance they receive will support their business and their well-being. Proponents also encouraged disabled entrepreneurs to set up an organization where they can store all their handcrafted products as well as a small store that is easily accessible to anyone who wants to buy them while still following to all safety and health regulations and guidelines.
