For many businesses, ecommerce has become a reality. Businesses must adjust to many disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in the near and medium run. As a result, the use of ecommerce has grown. The main goal of the study is to determine the challenges i.e., customer retention, profitability, dynamic preferences, opportunities and proposed strategies to Business Adoption Physical Store to Online Store of selected retailers in Tanza, Cavite. For this purpose, it conducted an online survey using a Google form to collect data together with secondary data was gathered from online articles and analyzed using descriptive statistics on selected retailers who've already stated that the physical store has been turned to an online store. According to the studies, adapting physical stores to online retailers has a lot of advantages. The online store may provide the retailers with more information about the clients, and it can make the business more competitive and adaptable. The study also discovered that online shops have obstacles in client retention, such as mass competition, which makes it difficult to reach a larger audience. Furthermore, retailers must adopt new channel strategies; this is an excellent chance for brick-and-mortar firms to convert to an online store if they don't already have one, or to enhance their online presence and digital marketing if they already do. The research is helpful to online retailers in terms of expanding their audience, increasing their profitability and to learn more about how retailers can sustain a business through different strategies. It is recommended that future research of the same study be conducted in other programs to validate the study's findings.
