These bags have the same style and pattern but differ in designs. The name Landynyn was derived from the proponents name Nolan, Wendy and Genyn. The production of Landynyn bag is located at Em's Barrio St, Tejeros Convention, Rosario, Cavite. The first week of the production was hard for the proponents because they machine was not in good condition, and it was very difficult for the proponents to sew a bag because it was in demand in 2008, but in 2009, this time, the proponents experienced difficulties in selling. We used the strategy "word of mouth" to convince potential costumers to buy the product. The shoulder bags produced were made with good quality and will suit to the taste of the target costumers. Its price was competitive enough to be introduced to the markets. The costumers were assured that aside from getting a nice bag at low price it is also of good quality. Landynyn bags were distributed in the different places. They distributed them at EPZA Rosario, Tejeros Convention, Naic and also in Greenfield Subd. Bagbag 1, Rosario, Cavite. In 74 days of selling, the proponents sold a total of 100 bags. Landynynbag earned a net income of Php 3, 981.00 without liability. It doubles the initial capital of Php 933.00.Since Landynyn shoulder bag was in demand in 2008, it's not hard for us to sell the product. But this year 2009, our sales declined, so we innovated and improved the product to catch the attention of the market. During the production, we did not encounter problems about the source of the materials. We just have to conduct canvassing, as to where market we can buy the material at lower prices. The entrepreneur plans to continue this business individually, not as partnership. They also plan to continue using flour sacks not only for bag, but also for clothes. After doing the Entrepreneurial Development Project the proponents realized that handling a business like this needs much dedication and hard work. Planning a business is very easy, but establishing it was very difficult. If the person wants to start a business, he or she must be dedicated to that business. Entrepreneurs recommended that every one must know every detail of the business, even the 50 cents of business assets must be recorded to avoid problems resulting to conflict especially when you are engaging to partnership type of business.
