The study was conducted from August 2013 to January 2014 in the selected Barangays of Naic, Tanza, Imus, General Trias and Rosario Cavite, to determine the Job Mismatch among Employed Business Management Graduates Class of 2010-2013 in Cavite State University Rosario Campus: Basis for Curriculum Review. Specifically, the study attempted to answer the following: 1. Demographic profile, Skill profile, General Company's Qualification of Manufacturing. Retail and Merchandising, Call Center, Banking, Academe, and Hotel and Restaurant Industries and causes of job mismatch. Survey and interview were done to gather data. The employed Business Management graduates Cavite State University-Rosario class 2010-2013. Eighty two (82) of 164 Business Management graduates from class 2010-2013 served as participants of the study. These are are follows: Seventeen (17) from 2010, Fifteen (15) from 2011,Nineteen (19) from 2012 and Thirty one (31) from 2013. All of the employed Business Management graduates were single and majority were female and at the age of 18-22 years old. All of them have attended seminars and training experiences. Majority of the Business Management graduates were good in verbal communication, actual decision-making, computer literacy in terms of networking. Task-assigned in terms of operation and intercommunication. Job availability, high compensation, Satisfactory, Location, in demand of job, connection in workplace and peer influence were the causes of Job mismatch. In terms, of company qualification standard, they preferred ages from 18-22 or up, female or male and single, at least high school or college graduates with or without seminars attended and experience. In terms of skill profile, company preferred good in verbal communication, and decision-making, computer literacy in terms of programming, task-assigned in terms of operation and intercommunication. Based on the data gathered from different industries, the skill of Business Management Graduates were suited to qualification standard of Call Center, Banking Retail and Merchandising and Hotel and Restaurant. But in terms of Academe industries, their qualification standard is higher than skill of Business Management Graduates.
