The system deals with providing collection of data and to manage and check the income more efficiently The System allows the users to encode important information that is needed in the business. The specific objectives were met upon the completion of the software as the system serves as a tool that will contribute a big benefit to the clinic for convenient medical consultation process that gives accurate and specific results as well as helping the client for providing reliable report. It resolved the problem encountered by the patient and client in traditional way. A big highlight of the computerized system is to facilitate real-time tracking of business transactions This speeds the process of typically laborious transactions like, purchasing product such as lens, frames etc and inventory control. Esseritially all business activities will see great improvernents in time spent and a dramatic decrease in errors And will able to get a better handle on business operations, improve employee productivity and develop closer relationships to customers because time spent which results in improved sales. The method of research used for this system is a V-Model since this model can easily identify errors that might arise during the system development and implementation. The system is intended or expected to be implement in Arayata Optical and eye clinic.
