Development of an Integration of a Website and a Water Billing Inquiry System for the Homeowners in Greenville Homes Subdivision, Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite is conducted to speed up the transaction and give accurate information. This system is composed of two parts, an online inquiry and offline inquiry. An Online Inquiry that will served to all homeowners of the subdivision to view all their previous billing statement and current bill. Also, it has a graphical representation of their monthly billing statement that will serve them as a guide.
The other part is the Offline System that will be used by the Administrator and the Cashier. They will be having a different account with different features because not all the task made by the administrator can be made by the accountant. Administrator is assigned to handle all the transactions regarding this system. He is the only person who has a permission to add, modify, edit, delete, view or print information for all users and access all the features of the system with no restriction. While, the Accountant can only view and print the information of the homeowners but cannot access other features of the system.
