The study was conducted to automate the business process of New Tanza Hardware and General Merchandise that previously implementing, making their work fast and accurate, from storing of products and monitoring of status of available products to issuing receipts or invoices then storing and retrieving sales reports that could help to inform proprietor if the business is earning or not. It will be helpful to the administrator, cashier and the clients at the same time. The system restriction feature where specific task will be visible only depending on the user who logged-in in the system. Sofware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was used as method by the group which includes planning, system analysis, system design and lastly, the maintenance and support phase. In creating the system, we used Visual Studio 2010 as our application development tool to create a system and MySQL for our database to store and retrieve huge amount of data, and Microsoft office for our documentation. The system was evaluated based on its functionality, content, reliability, maintainability and marketability and all objectives were already fulfilled.
