The study was conducted for students in tertiary education in using new ways to enhance traditional ways of teaching by developing CAI system that will improve the instructional materials of the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology students of Cavite State University - Rosario. The system is capable of providing effective teaching and learning for instruction and students by means of applying simple classification system. Through this, the teachers and the students can achieve better quality learning. The system serves as a teaching tool that will make the course more effective and learning process more convenient. The system provides an easy way of teaching and learning process, better for understanding especially in tools of Photoshop. It will help solve the problems encountered by the students that lack of knowledge in the fold of editing. In conducting the study, the proponents used the Software Development Life Cycle using Conceptual Model which includes system planning, system analysis, system design, system development, and system testing and evaluation. In developing the software Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Flash, Sony Vegas Pro 9, Cam Studio, Notepad++ and Microsoft Word for documentation. The system was evaluated of 30 respondents. The software was evaluated for its functionality, content, reliability, availability, maintainability, saleability. Results of evaluators revealed that all the criteria and the objectives were achieved and the system was able to meet of not exceed the expectations of the end users.
