The old time made it by hand but today it is suitable for automation Prototyping Development Approach Methodology was used in the development of the scheduling software that includes Planning, Analysis, Design, Architectural Design, Prototype Analysis and Design, Prototype Construction and Prototype Testing and Evaluation Software used in the study was the following Windows XP, which was used as operating system, and Microsoft Visual Basic 60 as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The software was evaluated based on the given criteria Functionality, Content, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Salability Evaluators were composed of College Students, Faculty members and professionals The software passed all the given criteria in the evaluation and met all these requirements of the software The specific objective of the study will meet ER -
