There is no doubt that technology has positively affected the way people live. In universities and schools, technology has been utilized to improve services being rendered to the students. Examinations are important to test students' skills and it should be efficient and reliable. The main objective of the study is to: 1. design user interface of exam generator system; 2.evaluate the hardware and system's prototype for some necessary improvements and revisions using the software evaluation instrument. 3.implement the Computerized Exam Generator in a facility with Centralized Computer Laboratory.

The researchers used the system development tool called interactive model, consisting of planning phase, analyzing phase and designing phase that interacts continuously to produce the system that can be tested, evaluated and implemented in the Computer Laboratories of CvSU-R.

The system was evaluated by 100 participants, composed of 70 Information Technology students, 22 non Information Technology students, and 4 teachers from Cavite State University - Rosario.

The criteria used in the evaluation are: accuracy, consistency, correctness reliability, information in the program, user-interaction, and technical aspects of the software. The results of the software evaluation confirms that the software is a useful exam generator.
