This study was conducted from December 2018 to May 2019 at Cavite State University Cavite College of Arts and Trade, Rosario, Cavite. The study aimed to develop an accessible and user-friendly service robot that can assist in the daily basic operations of the Office of Student Affairs and Services of Cavite State University-Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus. Specifically, it aimed to: 1) design and fabricate a Service robot that can perform the following task (a) to provide quick access information and give convenience to the user by providing relevant useful information (2) test and evaluate the technical performance of the accommodating robot in terms of the following parameters for productivity, responsiveness and efficiency, and (3) assess the design of the service robot in terms for user friendliness, reliability and cost effectiveness. The proponents have developed a robot which were integrated with use of Arduino UNO, Rapsberry Pi Model B+ microcontroller. The proponents also developed a system using Python Language for bankend web development, data analysis, artificial intelligence and scientific computing. The project that the proponents built was greatly help the office of the Student Affairs and Services because it can be a tremendous help for them having this assisting robot like to those student who wants to inquire about the programs and school offers. The outcome of this will be helpful to the client. It can blesses the work in the transactions because all the information they want to know about the school will be specifically flash in this accommodating robot. The evaluation proved that the project is worth for deploying. It fully meets the expectations of the respondents. Moreover, the study is a useful reference for students and professors of industrial technology and future researchers.
