The purpose of this study was to computerize the Customer Schedule, Sales and Inventory of Kyla's Party Needs, to provide the needs of the manager, staffs and customers for a faster and easier process of day-to-day transactions, checking of customer schedule and inventory item will be done easier.
This study aims to plan, analyze, design, implement, test and evaluate the system in order to achieve its functionality, content, reliability, availability, maintainability and salability After the system has been developed, it was then subjected to software evaluation The evaluation was done by 30 IT students.
The results showed that the mean score for the functionality of the system was 4.37 out of 5.0, content of the system had a mean of 4.50, reliability of the system had a mean of 4. 31, availability had a mean of 4 32, maintainability had a mean of 4 31, and lastly for the sale ability of the system, the mean was 4 23. Total mean for all the criterion from functionality, content, reliability, availability. maintainability, and sale ability was 4 34 which has only a difference of 0.66 from 5. Therefore, the evaluation result shows that the system got an excellent rating and proves that the system was acceptable by the users (See Table 9)
Based on the discussion of results presented, it therefore concludes that the day-to-day business transaction of Kyla's Party Needs became more efficient than the existing system.
Throughout the development of the system there are certain recommendations which the developers recommend such as, make the system with online support and maintenance capability.
