The research study was conducted from August 2021 to May 2022 in municipality of Rosario, Cavite. The objective of the study is to determine different factors affecting customers loyalty among e-commerce enterprises in Rosario, Cavite.

Moreover, descriptive method of research was employed to obtain fact findings of this study. The research instrument used all through the research was the constructed survey questionnaire. It was designed for the selected sample population which where the online shoppers reside in Rosario, Cavite. The instrument used consist to two parts, first , the demographic profile of the respondents the first part entails the personal details of the participants followed by the second part a checklist which present the factors and its indicator that affect customer loyalty. The researchers used 100 respondents , selected purposively in addition the data used quantitative approached.
The data input gathered from this study was thoroughly tabulated by the researchers. And based on the fact findings, it was found out that product and service offer, client customer relationship, perceived usefulness and information quality affect the online shopper customer loyalty among e-commerce enterprises in Rosario, Cavite and also the findings revealed that client customer relationship was the most prevalent factor affecting customer loyalty.
