This study was conducted from February to April 2019 to identify the export procedure of Lip Sheng Precision Mold Philippines Corporation in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The main purpose of the study is to identify the Export Procedure of Lip Sheng Precision Mold Philippines Corporation in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and the study also aims to determine the product offered by Lip Sheng Precision Mold Philippines Corporation;to determine the procedures of exporting of Lip Sheng Precision Mold Philippines Corporation; to determine the problems encountered by the company in exporting, to suggest various strategies that can help the company to grow.
The data used in the study was from primary and secondary sources. The primary data were obtained through observation of the proponents and collected information given by the company. The secondary data was gathered through the use of reading materials in library and related studies on internet.
The company was facing in any kinds of problem like processing documentation. Furthermore,when it comes to inside the organization they also encountered problems such as inventory, forwarding company and recruiting employees. In this situation,the proponents conclude that, first,they must be consistent on their rules and regulation or policies they conducted. Second, in personal protective equipment for the employees especially on production area must be implemented. Lastly, on documentation they should be aware and be up to date early to avoid the misleading information including the delay of delivery of the products even the processing of documents.
