The project entitled “Development of Computer Controlled Radio Frequency Surveillance Helicopter’ offers to aid security personnel, students; people assigned to construction sites and school faculty to provide useful information, anticipate possible accidents and added security when the time requires to use it. The project proposal intends to control the helicopter using the laptop or desktop computer integrated with the remote control via microcontroller to communicate with the helicopter images and videos that can be acquired during the operation can be transmitted to the video converter then will be translated digital into signals than soon can be viewed on the monitor using MPEG video format. Graphic User Interface is designed for the controls to directly maneuver the helicopter during the flight. The system development is Suitable to run on 32 bits Windows XP operating system platform This system can be a useful tool for surveillance and when taking videos and photos in any event inside the university.
