The descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study to obtain the information concerning the status of the phenomena. This study found out that in terms of products, most of the Lazada respondents prefer a wide range of selection of products while Shopee respondents prefer a good review to strengthen the trust of the customers in purchasing a product. The challenges encountered by both Lazada and Shopee respondents in terms of price is that most of them encountered a high cost to apply or claim the free shipping vouchers.
