Villa Nowadays, people most likely prefer shopping online than going to mall to do shopping because a lot of people feel uncomfortable and time consuming for a crowded market. That's why online shopping is in demand. This study determined the perceived preference of the selected students of CvSU-CCAT in using shopping applications (Lazada and Shoppe0. The descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study to obtain the information concerning the status of the phenomena. This study found out that in terms of products, most of the Lazada respondents prefer a wide range of selection of products while Shopee respondents prefer a good review to strengthen the trust of the customers in purchasing a product. The challenges encountered by both Lazada and Shopee respondents in terms of price is that most of them encountered a high cost to apply or claim the free shipping vouchers. The researchers recommend both shopping application to have a minimum cost in claiming free shipping voucher that is applicable to their sellers based on their product offered.
