Tadeo The enterprise development project "Evanna's Eatery" was a eatery business that serves variety of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bangus Relleno, Pork Relleno, and Burger Relleno, and Dynamite are the main dish. It was conducted from February 09, 2018 to April 27, 2018 76 days of operation at Pandawan, Sapall, Rosario, Cavite The area of production of the business was located at the store in Pandawan Sapa II Rosario, Cavite. The business objective is to establish the enterprise, determine the profitability, find solution for the problem of the enterprise and identify possible challenges of the enterprise. The business also aimed to produce and market the product of Evanna's Eatery which is different kind of relleno relleno is a food stuff with pork and vegetable best example is the milkfish which is the rellenong bangus. The participant also offered different kinds of relleno like pork relleno, tinapa dynamite, relleno burger and also combos' meal with rice. The form of business organization is general partnership owned and management ith an initial capital of 31,232.50 equally divided into three. This project challenge the Opponents that cause to apply what they learned in school and used their marketing expertise. The proponents also used promotional tools like tarpaulin, menu board, t-shirt, Chures, and Facebook page to promote their products. In 76 days of operating business they gathered total sales of Php117,750.00 and met income of 36,584 50 and total assets and equity amounting to 85,419.00 Within the whole operation many problems exist and encountered, they can able to get an immediate solution to their problems Through the entire experience of Entrepreneurial Development Project the participants gained managerial skills and knowledge in putting up a business. If the participants are given a chance to continue this project the participants will use their knowledge and skills in putting up a business for expanding the business The participants believe that their business will be successful in the future. In the future five years from now, the participants already expanded and renovate the store. The participant's main dishes are already known in the food industry.
